Dr. Fontana treats patients across the age continuum, from newborns to those in their golden years. She completed a dual residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and maintains her dual Board Certification in both specialties.
The patient fee covers physical exams, unhurried office visits, phone consultations, coordination of care with the hospitalist physician if the patient is in a local hospital, in-office/administered testing, in-office/administered medication, and yearly influenza and tetanus vaccines for those over 7 years of age.
Dr. Fontana has community staff privileges at Naples Community Hospital and Physicians Regional Medical Center. She will coordinate your care with the hospitalist and specialists if you should become admitted to either of those hospitals.
No. Dr. Fontana has opted out of Medicare and does not participate in private insurance. Her charges may not be submitted to any insurance plan for reimbursement.
